Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Party Safari is based out of Sandton, Johannesburg.

We aim to get every order out to you as quickly as possible, dispatching either same or next day using a most reliable courier service - The Courier Guy.

Orders placed before 12PM will be dispatched the same day, however shipping times will vary depending on your specific location. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Most deliveries will take 2-3 business days nationwide, however please allow up to 5 working days if you live in the outlying areas.

Party Safari ships orders Monday to Friday only. Please see the list below for our shipping time frames;

*Standard Nationwide Shipping (3-5 business days) - R100.00

*Free Standard Shipping for orders over R1,650.00, excluding Express Shipping.

*Next Day / Express Shipping Service - R275.00. Please note for next day service your order must be placed before 12PM Monday to Friday. 

If you live in Johannesburg area we can arrange same day delivery. To arrange please email us directly on sales@partysafari.co.za

Free pickup /collection is available for those in or near Sandton area of Johannesburg. 

How does Click & Collect work? 

1. When placing your order, please select the “Pick Up” option at checkout. 
2. Once payment has gone through, we will send you an order confirmation. 
3. Once your order has been packed and is ready to be collected, we will send you another email to confirm that your order is ready to be collected. 
4. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process, pick and pack your order. 
5. Please bring your “Ready for Pickup” email to the collection point. 
6. Collections are available from Sandton area in Johannesburg. Exact collection address will be emailed to you. 
7. Collections are available Monday to Friday only and exclude weekends and public holidays. 

Refunds/ Returns At Party Safari;

We take pride in beautifully packaging each order we send out. Please email us immediately at sales@partysafari.co.za if you feel that your package has come either damaged or faulty. 

Goods that have been delivered faulty or damaged are eligible for return/refund within 7 working days from original receipt of delivery. Please email us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and kindly include photographs of the damage. 

Your faulty damaged order will be refunded to you within 1-3 business days. Please note items that arrive after the 7 working day return deadline, will not be accepted and will be returned to sender, at the senders cost.
